Are dogs allowed?Yep! Dogs are very welcome.

Can I cancel my tickets?Of course, though we require at least 24 hours' notice to be able to provide a refund.

What happens if it rains?Tours aren't stopped by wet weather unless its notably stormy or dangerous. Cancellations are communicated to ticket holders and broadcast on social media.

Can I book a private tour?Private tours can be arranged! Send over an email and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Do I need to book in advance?Cash & card are both accepted in person, but it is recommended that you book tickets ahead of time.

How close is the cruise shuttle drop-off from the history tour?Very close! Once you disembark from the shuttle bus, just walk straight ahead, past the granite pyramid. You will see public toilets right ahead of you — the tour starts just there.

How long in the tour?About ninety minutes, although it can go over by up to ten minutes from time to time.

How much do tickets cost?£16 for adults. £14 for students. £10 for children (5 – 12). Infants (0 – 4) are free.

I use a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Can I come on the tour?The tour route usually includes a staircase and a steep hill, but we are more than happy to alter the route. Just let us know ahead of time here. More information about accessibility can be found here.

What's the tour about?The tour is about how Falmouth turned rapidly from a grassy hill into a vibrantly international hotspot. The aim is to help you imagine this place as it was, so the focus is on vibrant storytelling rather than just sharing information.

I use a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Can I come on the tour?Sure thing. There are no stairs on the route, though the start of the tour involves going up a hill (High Street). More accessibility information can be found here.

Is the tour suitable for children?We rely on parents' best instincts here. There is plenty of lightness and fun in the tour, but some of the stories are, as you'd expect, on the darker side.
